Learning to trade the financial markets may seem relatively straight forward, at least on the face of it. But, it’s not easy to develop the personal skill set needed to achieve consistency in strategy application, and positive results over the longer term.​ This is why our approach to training new traders is a little different to many others.

​

Smack the Markets Trading Academy has been developed from over 30 years of personal trading experience, and over 10 years teaching traders, for many of the biggest brokers in the financial world.

​

We know that you can’t master this business from a weekend course alone, the learning only starts when you trade real money in real market conditions. This is why our training program takes new traders through a structured learning process, covering technique and method in our online workshops. Progressing to our online trading room, where you can observe how we trade and apply our strategies in real market conditions in real time, backed up with continued 1-2-1 support.

Our trading academy is suitable for both brand new, as well as experienced traders who want to learn to how trade either part time, or on a full time basis. You can learn at your own pace and it doesn’t matter where in the world you are located, although our most active times are between 8.00am and 6.00pm UK time. You will however need to be open to learning new trading methods that you might not have come across before.

How the Programme is Structured:

​

Part 1​

Takes new and experienced traders joining Smack the Markets through a structured 10 hour learning process delivered through live online workshops covering the skills and techniques we use. The sessions are recorded so you can review and re attend the workshops at a later time if you wish. You will also have full one to one support, access to a telegram channel delivering our market preparation and current watch list at the start of each trading day. We also hold online clinic sessions to answer questions and provide support whilst you learn to understand, identify and execute your first live trading decisions.

Once you have demonstrated a clear understanding of our trade execution and risk management strategies, which is usually over your first 5–10 live trades you will qualify to move to part 2, and progress to the next stage of the programme. 

​

Part 2:

Opens up full membership benefits including the live trading room, which is run through a private Facebook Group. You will continue to have access to training sessions from part 1, but will also be invited to attend member only training workshops which are of a more advanced nature. You will also join the club trading clinics which cover current trading tips, techniques, training, support questions and trade reviews. This is the most powerful way to learn this business by observing how we apply the same techniques in live markets every day.

If you have joined through a sponsored membership with Pepperstone it will be activated at this point. Once your sponsored period comes to an end you will be invited to continue your membership and retain full club benefits if you wish.

​

If you are already an existing member, your membership subscription will be paused when you join part 2 whilst your sponsored period runs.
